Features

Beaux Arts homes are fairly rare in Omaha. They have flat or mansard roofs (essentially flat with a very low pitch, similar to Second Empire Victorian homes). These homes are highly decorated with a combination of garlands, floral designs, columns, and shields and have a symmetrical facade.
