Shed - Old Omaha

Styles

History

This style was favored in the later part of the Modern period in homes that were designed by architects (as opposed to homes that were mass built off of stock plans).

Features

It is characterized by at least one roof as a shed roof (one high pitch sloping down), and looks like boxes pieced together. Often the homes are sided with wood siding that is not painted. You can find these around Omaha, but they are not terribly common.
